Eight hour cold soak is followed by a temperature controlled fermentation by indigenous yeast in one wine old French oak barrels.

2 months in second use Bordelaise French oak barrels.

An internationally styled white wine from Rioja, fashioned from a blend of Rioja and French varieties that have been recently approved for planting in Rioja.
